The staff has went over and beyond to accommodate and make my stay as best as could be given my unexpected circumstances and suddenly losing my home. Imara has really helped and been comforting and personable as to put me at ease through this devastating time.
I want to the manager Ms Angela runs a great establishment at this hotel. Any misunderstanding I have had she explains in an easy to understand detailed manner. She is always full of smiles and great energy, very polite and respectful, and takes care of issues on the spot. I’ve been staying at this hotel for some time now and the other staff members are also very respectful and accommodating. Room service is great, maintenance is on point and are quick to repair the washer and dryers in the laundry room and any issue I’m having with the room.
I have been here over a month and while I have read others review, I would like too state! " No hotel, apartment complex etc is completely bug free, because you do have guests that are not as clean as others. Anytime, I have had any issues Maintaince whom is very polite, efficient takes care of it!! The GM Mrs.Angela has always been polite and professional with me!! I work night shift and I sleep during the day and I ca say the safety of the hotel is awesome" the police department always does rounds at least 3 times per night and once in the day! " Overall my experience here has been nothing except helpful and homie!
The staff is amazing. The best hotel for the money on this side of town hands down. I am only giving it 4 stars because they definitely could use a better system for the extermination of bugs but I do know that's an upper management decision.

Staging at the extended stay has been a peaceful experience everyone at the front desk has been very accommodating especially Imara! Rooms are very clean! They have been so friendly&helpful with our stay! Keep up the good work! Angela is the best the property is well kept!
